- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding multiple products and services
- Place outbound calls to customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Customize and recommend offerings based on individual business and consumer needs
- Process referrals
- Process customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and integrity
- When applicable schedule retail check-ins or referrals depending on the product or service
- Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge
- Swivel between different programs depending on customer demand
- Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
- 12 months of retail or customer service experience.
- Proficient with computers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Business Casual Dress Code
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
