- Directs completion of assigned daily tasks.
- Reports progress, needs and issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Performs tasks of Production Specialist as needed.
- Monitors adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Supervises production activities and manages employee performance.
- Ensure company programs such as ISO, HACCP and Safety are followed within the Production Department.
- Ensures that housekeeping requirements are maintained in accordance with GMP.
- Oversees training progress of department personnel.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and in use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
