- Operate & monitor Engine Room. (NH3 compressors)
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning Plant Heating & Refrigeration equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain plant Ammonia system, Heating & cooling Units.
- Keeping your work area clean & perform other related duties as assigned.
- Performs preventative & corrective maintenance as indicated by maintenance supervisor using CMMS software Mpulse.
- Monitoring steam Boilers, Fire system, wastewater, air compressors & hot water system.
- Trouble shooting mechanical and electrical failures in order resolve issues with various facility equipment.
- Must have the ability to plan necessary repairs by ordering parts with the use of a parts manual.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
- Work with outside contractors performing repairs or PM.
