The company has been dedicated to providing optical filter solutions since its inception in 1999. View Thru Technologies' optical filters are used in a wide range of industries, including TEMPEST displays, military applications, medical instrumentation, test instrumentation, and commercial electronics products. Role Description This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role with View Thru Technologies, Inc. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales and distribution of optical filters within their assigned region. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the location in Quakertown, PA, but flexibility for remote work. 50% travel is expected. Qualifications Sales and business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of the flat panel display market and optical filters Experience in the TEMPEST display, military, medical, or test instrumentation industries is a plus Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
