Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of rooms and public areas
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a rooms division leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proficient in property management systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
