Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing costs, and providing accurate financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accurate recording of costs and expenses
- Monitor and manage cost control systems
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost management practices
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliation
- Support corporate accounting functions as needed
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Provide cash flow analysis and recommendations for improvement

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with corporate accounting functions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with cash flow analysis techniques
- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software systems
