• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in large, complex steel fabrication or a similar heavy industrial setting is required, with a focus on operational management and strategic planning.
• 3 years in a similar Leadership capacity.
• Strong preference for past work experience on infrastructure projects such as bridges, hydro/marine, power generation, etc.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to quickly learn TMF’s policies, procedures, and software programs.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
