Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Dispatch Supervisor, assisting with various operational tasks.
• Assist in reporting on operational activities, including routing efficiency, pick-ups versus deliveries, labor, fuel usage, and customer care quality.
• Answer incoming phone calls, record customer information, and distribute calls accordingly.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and offering solutions.
• Review and verify delivery assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of paperwork.
• Install or deliver assets as needed, utilizing a variety of company vehicles.
• Provide support with inventory control and occasionally order materials.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
