RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following:

• Control plan adherence
• Baseline process adherence
• Parts capturing improvements
• Setup and changeover time reduction
• ISO/TS 16949 adherence
• Proper line clearance per approved Work Instruction
• Communication of equipment and output problems to shift supervisors
• Efficiency/QOS improvements (more good parts/hour)
• Cleanliness and organizational improvements
• Safety

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Two years' experience in the setup of molds in plastic injection molding machines
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring instruments
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Have reliable transportation and communication means

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, walk, push, pull, climb
• Good sight and hearing required
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environment

Employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment and elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold and chemicals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
