Viking Psychiatry is a progressive interventional psychiatry practice in Fort Wayne & Warsaw, IN, serving Fort Wayne/Warsaw and surrounding communities. We take a whole-person approach to mental health, offering innovative treatments such as Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and, soon, other interventions such as ketamine infusions. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nurse Practitioner at Viking Psychiatry. The Nurse Practitioner will provide patients with psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment oversight. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in treatment planning. While the role is primarily in Warsaw, IN, some remote work is flexible. It could also include the Ft. Wayne location.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
• Experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (EPIC)
• Experience with Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
