The Villa at Stamford- is looking to hire for the Central Supply Clerk / Housekeeper position. We are an exceptional team-oriented facility where we thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be computer literate
- Must be organized
Must be able to stand for prolonged amount of time and lift heavy objects as necessary
Job description
Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips to purchase orders for any discrepancies
Organize and coordinate functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility
Maintain the Central Supply area in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates and restocking routinely
Ensure needed supplies are delivered as ordered, in good conditions and on time
Restock each unit’s stock room, as well as any other indicated storage areas, according to the par levels indicated daily
Maintain a supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and abuse
Perform other duties as requested
Central Supply : 8 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday / Housekeeping : Tuesday and Thursday 7a.m.to 2 : 30pm
