We are looking for a Dietitian to join our team and provide nutrition counseling and education to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutrition science, the ability to assess dietary needs, and the ability to develop individualized nutrition plans. The successful candidate will also be able to provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, monitor progress, and provide feedback on dietary changes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and implement nutrition programs that promote health and wellness.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest nutrition research and trends.
