Villa Serena Retirement is Hiring an Overnight Front Desk Agent Near Santa Clara, CA
We are looking for a Overnight Front Desk/ Night Guard to serve as our Resident’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation as well as the security of our residents at Night. Overnight Front Desk Agent/ Night Guard responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform all check-in at the front desk
- Walk the perimeter every hour around the community to ensure the safety of our residents
- Assist any Residents who may require assistance that is an emergency during night
- Respond to emergency pendants that are activated by residents
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
Skills
- Work experience as a Receptionist, or Security Guard preferred
- Customer service attitude- Must have exceptional and Friendly Attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with our residents
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
