Manager, Value Based Payment
*Full Time Opportunity - 100% Remote*
VillageCare is seeking an experienced Manager of Value Based Payment to support the design and execution of Value Based Payment arrangements. The position provides critical support to the Strategy & Innovation team, ensuring Value Based Payment arrangements are designed and aligned with VillageCareMax's organizational strategies. The Manager will be tasked with continually evaluating provider performance that will inform the Value Based Payment Strategy of the organization and create a culture of continual improvement.
Some responsibilities will include:
We would like to speak to those who have a Master's degree along with 3-6 years working in a Managed Care Organization on value based payment strategies. Familiarity with clinical, enrollment, utilization, cost, and reimbursement data and analytics. Willingness to question the validity and accuracy of data and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations will be essential to this role. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Ability to communicate analytical findings both verbally and in written form.
