As a Maintenance Technician , you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department.
Salary: Pay: $22/hr plus bonus. Up to $50k
Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary

Qualifications- Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
- Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
- Bilingual candidates welcome
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated!
