Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of transit operators and vehicles to ensure punctual and safe transportation services.
- Effectively communicate with transit operators and passengers utilizing various communication channels.
- Schedule and dispatch transit operators and vehicles to meet service demands efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transit operations including schedules, passenger counts, and incident reports.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and providing information about our transit services.
- Monitor vehicle performance and location to uphold operational safety standards and enhance efficiency.

Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in transit management or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with transit operators, passengers, and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing transit management software or similar tools for operational optimization.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in the transit sector.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
