Outdoor Supply Hardware in San Jose's Princeton Plaza is looking for a Team Lead for Paint. This position is a key part of the overall success of the store. We are growing and need people who can grow with us.
Salary Range for this position is $18 to $22 depending on experience

Qualified candidates will have:

• Extensive knowledge of Paint and Housewares so as to provide excellent service to our customers working on their homes
• Ability to train, develop and direct other employees to grow and maintain a successful business
• Knowledge and selling skill to help customers purchase the correct paint and tools for their job and budget and instruct in safe usage
• Ability to build merchandise displays that attract customers to shop in our store
