WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To excel in the role of Vice President of Utilization Management at VillageCare, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in a related healthcare or business field, and hold an active/unrestricted NYS RN license. A minimum of 8 years of management experience in a health-related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in a utilization management position, is necessary. Hospital-based clinical experience and a demonstrated ability to analyze and leverage data for improvement activities are essential.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing utilization management functions in alignment with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Additionally, strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
