Are you excited about this Manager, Provider Data Maintenance job?As the Network Provider Data Maintenance Manager at VillageCare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Data Maintenance Team's performance. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of critical provider information across various databases and systems, ensuring data synchronization and enforcement of business rules. Collaborating with different departments, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements related to contracting, network management, and credentialing.
Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of provider data systems, supporting effective network operations. You will also lead special projects, review contracts, update provider records, and work closely with Provider Network Operations staff on data-related strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance within a forward-thinking healthcare organization.
What we're looking for in a Manager, Provider Data MaintenanceTo excel as the Network Provider Data Maintenance Manager at VillageCare, candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in Managed Care, particularly in Medicare and Medicaid, collaborating closely with provider network teams. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years' experience in team management is required for this role. Proficiency in software applications such as Sales Force, Cognizant, and SQL is essential, along with a strong command of MS applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Successful candidates will demonstrate a deep understanding of data maintenance within a healthcare setting, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A track record of ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements will be key to thriving in this challenging yet rewarding position at our innovative New York-based company.
