Make a difference as a Medicare Risk Adjustment Coding ManagerThe Medicare Risk Adjustment Coding Manager at VillageCare will play a pivotal role in overseeing retrospective and prospective chart reviews utilizing expertise in Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) risk adjustment coding. By meticulously evaluating a range of medical records and documentation, including patient histories, reports, and summaries, the manager will ensure the accuracy and integrity of diagnosis codes. Through proactive communication with provider groups and efficient record retrieval, this position will maximize risk adjustment opportunities and compliance with coding guidelines. Moreover, the manager will support strategic initiatives to enhance Medicare Risk Scores and collaborate closely with regulatory teams for audits and reporting requirements.
