DescriptionJob Summary:Villani Landshapers is seeking to fill several summer positions in our seasonal color department. Ideal candidates will work as part of a crew to plant and maintain annual flowers on client properties throughout southeastern Wisconsin. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Annual flower crews work together to perform their duties with a high level of detail while meeting budgeted hours. Good communication and attention to detail are essential, as well as a passion for working outside with plant material.

RequirementsRequirements for the Annual Flower Foreman position include:
Responsibilities
- Prepare planting beds and containers for annual flowers
- Plant flower beds and containers according to plan with an eye for detail
- Water newly planted beds and containers
- Clean up job site after completion with a high level of detail
- Communicate effectively with the crew and management
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
RequirementsRequirements for the Annual Flower Foreman position include:
- Passion for outdoor work in a fast-paced industry
- Detail-oriented and teachable
- Ability to perform physical labor continually for up to 12 hours a day in a variety of changing weather conditions
- Ability to understand and follow a written work order in English
- Excellent attendance and punctuality - must be available starting May 18 through at least July 4
- Previous experience with flower planting and care a plus
- Valid, insurable driver's license
