- Strong Technical Background in California Workers' Compensation (CA WC): Proficiency in managing workers' compensation claims, including those that are litigated.
- Experience with Self-Insured Claims/Programs: Hands-on experience in handling self-insured claims is highly desirable.
- Leadership Experience: Previous roles as a team lead or supervisor are beneficial.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling or overseeing CA WC indemnity and litigated claims.
