- Will rotate in different stations Prep, Grill, Garde Manger, Saute, Expo.
- Prepare special meals or substitute menu items
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Collaborate with the Chef to plan and execute the menu, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative and appealing menu items.
- Monitor and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process.
- Help conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ordering and Inventory:
