Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Part-Time Operations and Growth Assistant to support various areas of our startup, including operations, human resources, social media, and business development. This role offers an opportunity for growth and development while contributing to our company's success. Compensation will be provided in equity.

Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Implement and maintain organizational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Human Resources Assistance:

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee onboarding and training materials.

Social Media and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing social media strategies by creating and scheduling content across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities, providing insights to inform marketing efforts.

Business Development Assistance:

  • Aid in market research activities and gather competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide support in developing marketing materials, presentations, and client communications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
  • Foster a positive work culture and promote team bonding for our virtual team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of operations, HR, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools and graphic design software.
  • Understanding of virtual team dynamics and strategies for fostering remote team engagement.
  • Veterans and college students are encouraged to apply.
