Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Machine and Equipment Specialist with a strong background in operating and maintaining various machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with liquid filling machines, label applicator machines, label printers, and other related equipment. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities for improving production efficiency and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid filling machines, label applicator machines, label printers, and other equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Provide recommendations and implement improvements to enhance production and automation processes.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
• Train and support team members on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with liquid filling machines, label applicator machines, label printers, and other production equipment.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair machinery issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to provide innovative ideas for improving production and automation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or degree in a related field.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
