Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Professional to assist our clients by consulting and performing outsourced HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions depending on the clients needs including compliance, benefit management and employee management.
Duties:
-Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with compliance
- Research and assist clients with benefits and open enrollment
- Guide clients through personnel issues
- Onboard and offboard staff for clients
- Advise client leadership on relevant HR topics including employment law changes
-Stay abreast on current federal and state laws and law changes
-Assist and support co-workers as needed
