Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage key accounts effectively. We are also looking for a Manager for the plaza. Which will be a higher pay at around $20-$24 an hour.

* Commission $5 for every $100 sold *

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
