Role Description
Our client is looking for an Implementation Engineer to own client-facing work and help automate and streamline onboarding processes: The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for: Tackling customer requests and custom builds to ensure seamless onboarding and support for our nonprofits, channel partners, DAFs, and donors, Automate and streamline currently non-automated work processes to improve efficiency, Collaborate closely with the product team to develop and enhance new DAFpay features and Develop and maintain API documentation and training materials for internal and external use.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in customer facing engineering role.
- Proficient working with web technologies including Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and data analytics.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to customers in a simple, clear way.
- Passion for startup culture with a strong ability to take ownership and operate independently.
- First-principled thinker who is able to communicate opinions clearly, and willing to be convinced otherwise through thoughtful discourse.
- Previous work in fintech, payments, and the nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a related field, or relevant work experience.
