About Vintures: We are a dynamic wine distribution and import company, championing estate and family-owned wineries with a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Representing over 170 producers and around 600 diverse wines, our portfolio is rapidly growing-and so is our team.
What We Offer:

• An introduction to a broad range of business operations including major retailers like HEB's and Central Market, as well as top local restaurants, wine bars, and country clubs.
• A supportive, team-oriented environment with hands-on training and daily operational support from our Houston warehouse.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting our senior sales representative and gradually taking over certain customer accounts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Actively expanding our portfolio within existing accounts and securing new customer placements.
• Planning and participating in promotional events such as wine tastings and dinners.
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to our team's success.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a keen interest in wine and is eager to build knowledge and expertise.
• Is goal-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a readiness to learn.
• Possesses basic organizational and communication skills.
• Has a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and driver's license, and is able to manage occasional physical tasks like lifting (up to 45lbs).

Job Type:

• Full-time, 1099 Contractor

Compensation:

• Competitive commission structure with initial financial support as you build your market presence. Expected earnings starting at $40K, with great potential for growth based on performance.
