OVERVIEW:

This role efficiently manages order processing, facilitates communication among wineries, drivers, and sales, and serves as a point of contact for drivers regarding any order fulfillment issues.

Position is on-site Monday - Friday
Shift ranges between 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives and processes orders from various channels ( e-mail, phone, etc.)
Ensures all relevant order information is entered into the database
Accurately enters and verifies data to ensure accuracy in the system.
Creates new accounts for wineries and provides support as needed
Liaisons between wineries, sales representatives and drivers to ensure smooth order processing
Serves as the primary point of contact for drivers, by providing assistance with order delivery and order completion. Troubleshoots issues with drivers as necessary.
Supports the operations of the office, including coordinating appointments and billing tasks.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required

KNOWELDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

1 year minimum experience in order processing
Knowledgeable of basic warehouse operations and order processing
Accurate and timely data entry skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented with adaptability to various tasks and challenges
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
