Overview:

Are you passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships while driving business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator/Internal Sales and Marketing Specialist! Our practice was recently named "Best in the Treasure Coast 2024," and we're looking for someone who can match our team's level of excellence and help elevate us to the next level. In this key role, you will manage patient leads, enhance engagement, and collaborate with our Business Development Manager to implement marketing strategies that ensure high patient retention and satisfaction.

If you're a highly organized, energetic, and compassionate individual with experience in aesthetics who excels at both direct patient interaction and back-office coordination, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from initial inquiry through consultation and booking, utilizing CRM tools to optimize conversions.
  • Patient Coordination: Schedule consultations, manage appointment logistics, and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared ahead of time.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on internal marketing campaigns, patient retention strategies, and promotional initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Reputation Management: Request and manage patient reviews, referrals, and feedback to maintain our positive reputation.
  • Patient Concierge (As Needed): Greet visitors, manage phone calls, process payments, and ensure a top-tier patient experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Expertise in lead management and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of conversions and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, and patient management software.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and assist in multiple roles as needed.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in the aesthetics industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of converting leads into loyal clients while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
