Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the showroom in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and company policies.
• Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including entry, tracking, and follow-up. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while handling returns or exchanges as necessary.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues to higher management when needed.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of fabric products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback to improve products and services. Share insights with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, preparing reports as necessary. Assist with other administrative duties related to customer service.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve greater customer satisfaction and support overall team success.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or wholesale, is mandatory. Experience with fabric products is a plus.
• Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Education: A college degree or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Work Details:

• Location: Miami, FL
• Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break
• Benefits: Paid time off (Year 1: 7 days, Year 2: 10 days, Year 3: 13 days)
• Compensation: $55,000 annually, plus a performance-based year-end bonus
