VIP has once again partnered with a publicly-traded industry leader in software solutions located in Plano, TX, and we are assisting our client in identifying a skilled senior manager to oversee financial reporting and consolidations. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing accurate financial statements to stakeholders. This role does require expertise in EPM and/or HFM software applications, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Financial Reporting Oversight : Manage the preparation and review of quartely and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations
• EPM/HGM Software Expertise : Service as the subject matter experience for EPM and/or HFM software, optimizing system functionality and enhancing reporting efficient; Design and maintain financial reporting structures; Provide training and support to finance teams on the use of EPM/HFM
• Internal Controls and Audit Support
• Financial Analysis and Insights
• Consolidation Process Management
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• 5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis, preferably in a publicly traded company environment
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Software
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
