**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, conducting outbound calls, and providing exceptional sales and customer service support. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desired.
**Duties:**
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers/customers
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in track and trace for the trucking industry along with customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer suitable products or services
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette practices
Job Type: Full-time
