Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE.Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm.Possible overtime as needed; must be OK with working OT.Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant position is open to experienced qualified candidates. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to communicate with customers, suppliers, and production to ensure the highest quality product in the most efficient manner, accommodating the customer in a way that ensures the relationship and increases and solidifies future business and profitability.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
- Proficient in technology: Computer skills, Word, Excel. Experience in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and STRUMIS software is a plus.
- Understanding of construction contract drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate purchasing, reviewing steel fabrication drawings, and vendor’s drawings.
- Organizational skills.
- Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plus.
- Experience in Water/Wastewater treatment plants is a plus.
