Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search of an Assistant Controller. This role will be responsible for overseeing accurate financial and accounting report preparation to key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting
• Record REIT and Fund level transactions
• Effectively deliver information to key decision-makers
• Execute full-cycle accounting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• CPA or CPA eligible is highly preferred
• 5 years of experience in investment accounting
• Technical accounting experience
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP is required.
