Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Lead APP is expected to work 2 clinical shifts a week and that these shifts would be at all three of our current locations
• Monthly stipend for administrative duties which include but are not limited to the following:
  • Interviewing and onboarding new hires
  • Completing competencies and annual evaluations
  • Assisting in development and implementation of educational presentations for APPs
  • Leading monthly APP meetings and participating in other meetings as needed
  • Counseling and disciplinary actions if needed for APPs
  • Creating and overseeing the APP schedule for the different locations
  • Working closely with the medical directors, other site leadership, as well as the owners to ensure operational and clinical excellence
  • Overseeing APP student rotations
