Seeking a Medical Assistant for our multi location practice to provide clinical support to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.

Your role in our practice:

• Receive and direct phone calls
• Check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are complete
• Check-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services
• Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history
• Set-up and perform EKGs
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and stocking exam rooms
• Maintain security of medical records and PHI according to HIPAA standards
• You must have strong communication skills
• You must have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Must have at least 1 year Medical Assistant experience.
• Must be willing to travel to all three locations.

Athena experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
