Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities:

Coordinates production job streams and controlling mix of jobs in the stream to achieve most efficient utilization of equipment; maintains production logs and reporting on performance of equipment and production schedules; monitors systems to identify any malfunctions and initiating corrective action to maintain schedules and to ensure integrity of production and output; assists in production control, job set up and operation of peripheral equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Understanding of technical information, compose a variety of documents, and facilitate group
discussions.
Computer operations; current generation operating systems and software applications.
Gather and/or collate data; and work with data utilizing defined and various processes.
Ability is also required to work with a diversity of individuals and/or groups.
Problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans
The candidate should have demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.

Degree in Information Systems
