Summary:
The Center of Evidence-Based Partnerships inVirginia (www.cep-va.org/) is seeking a Program Fidelity Coordinator to joinour team. The position itself is housed in the Virginia Commonwealth University(VCU) Psychology Department, College of Humanities and Sciences. The selectedcandidate will serve as Program Fidelity Coordinator for state-funded researchprojects aiming to provide ongoing fidelity reports for several evidence-basedprograms (EBPs) operating in the state.
NOTE: The successful candidate understandsthat this is a restricted position and ongoing employment depends on continuedfunding.

Typical Duties
Key roles will include collection of programfidelity data for each EBP, data entry and data management of fidelity data,assistance with report preparation, and general administrative functions (e.g.,communications, file management). Duties will require strong interpersonalskills, attention to detail, and commitment to completion of assigned tasks ina timely manner. The position may involve some travel (reimbursable) around thestate of Virginia to present findings to partners.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
•Familiarity with the child welfare system in Virginia or another state Training in motivational interviewing or other evidence-based programs
•Learning related to implementation science within medical or behavioral health services
•Interest and appreciation for innovative online tools and digital workspaces (e.g., Slack, Hive)
•Knowledge of and/or experience with evidence-based treatment programs
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, political science, public administration, human services, communication studies, or related field
•Strong organizational skills and fastidious attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong teamwork orientation
•Openness and willingness to engage in team discussions related to social justice
•Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a team member at VCU
