The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality's, Office of Information Services is seeking a qualified candidate to define and analyze user requirements and document these requirements in a clear and concise manner so that they can be translated into automated applications and related manual system specifications. Duties will require this position to interact with DEQ business process owners to translate service requests into high level and detailed requirements. Document, analyze, and test complex application modules; define functional and non-functional requirements, review programming specifications, and review and test developed programs to determine if business and functional requirements have been satisfied. This position will be responsible for completion of these tasks on multiple projects. Hiring Range: $65,000 - $104,881
