The individual will serve as the primary analyst for the agency and coordinator for educational initiatives. The role involves leading and assisting in various areas such as legislation, policies, procedures, board guidelines, and educational training. The position also includes the development and management of the Dealer-Operator course and contract oversight. Additionally, the role serves as the agency lead for AMRICS and serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters, audits, and FOIA requests. The position will report directly to the Executive Director and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of: *Office operations *Training guidelines *Development and program evaluation techniques. *Demonstrated ability and experience in communicating effectively, both orally and written. *Demonstrated ability and experience with composing/writing reports, policies, guidelines and other forms of correspondence. *Proficient in the use of and knowledge of automated data processing concepts and in the use of personal computers. *Proficient using Word, and spreadsheets such as Excel. *Working knowledge of data collection and interviewing techniques. *Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments/ tasks. *Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various constituents/customer bases and stakeholders in discussing and solving problems/technical issues. *Demonstrated ability to interpret regulations, codes, and policies. Additional Considerations *Prefer experience in education/training or regulatory compliance. *Degree in education, business, pre-law, public administration, or related fields preferred.
