Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience; particularly in recruiting, training, and managing student teams or similar groups.
- Experience with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment; managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across various departments and with external partners.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Substantial experience in program management, student services, or a related role within higher education or entrepreneurial settings.
- Experience in managing or supporting co-curricular programs or student organizations.
- Familiarity with the entrepreneurial ecosystem within an academic setting or similar institutions.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including experience with software systems like Startup Tree or similar platforms.

Additional InformationThe position is eligible for hybrid/telework. Occasional weekend/evening events with flexible work arrangements available.
