Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement work plans for foundation tasks such as excavation, backfill, and dewatering.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
• Plan construction procedures based on specifications, timelines, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
• Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to ensure proper training and qualification of equipment operators on electrical crews.
• Conduct daily planning and reporting of quantities.
• Ensure correct installation of foundations and anchor bolts per engineered specifications.
• Coordinate with other superintendents for the installation of underground utilities.
• Oversee that all concrete, soil, and excavation work meets project specifications.
• Document excavations and underground utility relocations and repairs.
• Ensure as-built drawings are properly documented.
• Notify "Dig-Safe" or similar agencies before excavation begins.
• Turn over all required documentation to the QA/QC department for turnover books.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent in construction.
• Proficient knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
