• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. • Monitor and analyze social media trends and user feedback to optimize content and engagement strategies. Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Analytics and Reporting: • Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
