Social Media Management:• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.• Stay informed about industry trends to ensure a competitive edge.Content Creation:• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.Audience Engagement:• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.• Monitor and analyze social media trends and user feedback to optimize content and engagement strategies.Campaign Management:• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and audience growth.• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Analytics and Reporting:• Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Collaboration:• Communicate with the program Teacher, Coordinator, and Director to ensure a cohesive program image across all channels • Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and engagement.
