Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general construction duties such as site clean-up, debris removal, and sweeping.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with assembling and disassembling temporary structures, such as scaffolding or barricades.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
