Position OverviewThe Front Desk Representative serves our residents and guests by providing information and services.The ideal candidate should be a courteous professional, detail-oriented, able to perform various administrative duties, customer-focused, and have an eagerness to work and contribute to team efforts with high energy and a positive attitude. Duties include but are not limited to:Handling day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment.Answering phone calls promptly and checking voicemail regularly.Staying on top of email regularly throughout the day.Assisting owners, guests, and property managers with questions regarding policies and procedures, directing them to the Admin/CAM where appropriate.Assisting owners, guests, and property managers with HOA-related issues and communicating to Admin/CAM when appropriate.Update Owner information in all applicable computer programs.Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Constant Contact Dropbox, AppFolio.Keeping all owner files up to date.Sell/Distribute pool bands and vehicle passes and keep organized record keeping.Keeping file and record retention system up to date.Monitoring office supplies and informing Admin when supplies are low.Assisting Admin/CAM with projects and meetings as requested.Other duties as assigned.Experience / Knowledge:Two or more years of experience in Hospitality Service, or Customer Service.Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Average to above average proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook.Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWeekends as neededEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Front Desk/Concierge: 1 or more years (Preferred)
