Essential Job Functions:

• Leadership and Management: Provide inspiring leadership and guidance to the clinic's clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient processes, optimized scheduling, effective budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Clinical Excellence: Champion a culture of clinical excellence by maintaining high standards, implementing best practices, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, build relationships with referring physicians, and expand the clinic's services to meet the needs of the community.
• Patient Relations: Ensure exceptional patient experiences by actively addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and upholding the clinic's reputation for quality care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, demonstrated success in clinic growth, excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
