- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a variety of interventions, including speech therapy, language therapy, and swallowing therapy, to promote functional improvement and enhance communication skills.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in geriatric rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
